Direct Energy Regulated Services is pleased to offer convenient ways to help serve our customers needs.

Are you moving and want to transfer your electricity or natural gas services to that location? Notify us within 3 to 4 weeks before your move, so we can finalize your account.

To notify us of a move, please call:

  • 1-866-420-3174 to make arrangements for your Natural Gas supply
  • 1-888-420-3181 to make arrangements for your Electricity supply
