Important terms of service apply. The Pure Texas Wind Plan(TM) with a 24-month term has a fixed price of 10.8 cents/kWh, plus a monthly fee of $5.00 for the customer charge, $2.19 per meter for Advanced Metering Cost Recovery Factor (AMCRF) and $0.92 per meter for Energy Efficiency Cost Recovery Factor (EECRF). Based on an average monthly usage of 2,000 kWh, your total average rate, including the monthly customer charge, AMCRF and EECRF charges, will be approximately 11.2 cents/kWh. There is a one-time fee charged by your local utility, Oncor Electric Delivery, to connect your electricity service that will appear on your first bill. The connection fee will be either $8.55 or $16.70, depending on the type of meter at your premise. Cancellation fee of $300 applies for the duration of the 24-month plan.
