After looking for a second opinion and possible rental option, your Energy Consultant got back to me right away. He did some troubleshooting over the phone, and called me back at 6:15 p.m to let me know someone would be there first thing in the morning. When the technician arrived, he confirmed what the Consultant had expected. The tank blockage was fixed and we were back up and running. I just want to take a minute to express how grateful, relieved and appreciative my team at 1066362 On Ltd. is for all the work that was done in our building supplied and supported by Direct Energy. Starting with the amazing job last winter when you had installed our entire heating boiler systems and domestic hot water system at our residential building. Not only does the equipment perform beautifully and efficiently, the back-up service provided is brilliant. One call and our service provider is there. It is a real treat not to have to worry about non-performance again. First headache free winter in almost a decade!
Due to the excellent results we experienced, I have decided to proceed with the same replacement in some of our other buildings. I only wished we had done this years ago. A note to all other property managers, please check out the Direct Energy options before you decide on this type of major work. You will not regret it! Not only do they come in with the best prices, their equipment is top of the line, and the service provided is stellar. Another bonus was the ease in which they designed a payment plan to fit my budget. Thank you Direct Energy, you raise the bar and we truly appreciate your consistency.
