Historically, Terasen Gas provided both the supply and delivery of natural gas to your home.
Effective May 1, 2007 the cost of the natural gas itself is separated from the cost of delivery
under the Customer Choice program. This means that you are now able to choose your natural gas
supplier and take control of the rate you pay for natural gas. The delivery of gas to your home
will remain unchanged and will continue to be provided by Terasen Gas.

You will continue to receive reliable gas service
- Your natural gas supply will continue to be delivered through the existing pipeline system by Terasen Gas, which still owns and maintains this system. Terasen Gas will also continue to read your meter and issue your bills
